How long does delivery take?
We pack your order and hand it to the courier once it is confirmed. Delivery time depends on your governorate, and we share the expected date when we confirm your order.
How much is shipping?
Shipping to every governorate in Egypt is 118 EGP, and international shipping is 1000 EGP per order. See the shipping policy.
Can I exchange or return my order?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is in its original condition with the tag attached. See the refund policy.
How do I find my size?
Every product page has a size chart and a size finder: enter your height and weight and we suggest a size. All charts are on the size guide page. Available sizes: L, XL, 2XL and 3XL.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
My size is sold out. When will it be back?
Email us the product, size and colour and we will let you know as soon as it is back.
